Saint Isabel’s Children’s Charity (OCSI) is a grassroots Angolan organization (NGO) founded in 2002 that focuses its efforts on improving the quality of life for abandoned and orphaned children, underprivileged young adults and the elderly by providing them with basic education and vocational skills in to allow their reintegration into Angolan society.
